This independent living facility for older people is looking for drivers for a Meal Delivery Service, could you find 1 hour per day from 11.30am-12.30pm, 1 or more days per week to keep this valuable service running? Our Meal Delivery Service brings healthy, affordable meals to older people, every day at lunchtime. We are looking for volunteers to join our friendly supportive team of drivers. This service is about more than bringing a meal. You will be dropping in to say hello and have a friendly chat-which enriches the lives of our clients.

Requirements:

Drivers License
A positive friendly personality that will be respectful to our clients.
We are looking for someone who would enjoy meeting and supporting our elderly clients.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of this volunteer role anyone with a criminal conviction may not be considered for this position.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

1 hour per day from 11.00am-12.30pm, 1 or more days per week.
