We provide AOD peer support groups, Community Gardens, Food Rescue, Navigating Justice , Advisory and Information services, and Social Service Referrals. We also run a lifestyle change program called Awhi Mai
Helping hands needed! To assist our ongoing volunteers to have a break over Christmas we need people to accept deliveries, and distribute out into the community and Pataka.
We are needing someone to plant our seeds and look after them during their germination period.
We need someone to help us with maintenance jobs including cleaning and detailing vehicles, power tools for the gardens, some carpentry at times and odd jobs. The job will be on call when things break down.
This is a monthly role, where we need someone to come in and check 5 key areas for Health and Safety Standards and Rodent Control and register. The role requires someone to inspect the areas and then the reports can be done from home. Estimated 12 hours
