We’re looking for a team of 2 to 5 to help spruce up the Matamata Hospice Shop. Any help during the week of 15th September would be appreciated — we’re flexible to fit your schedule. Just a few hours of teamwork. Together for Hospice.

A Little Help for a Big Cause
Our amazing Hospice retail shop in Matamata is in need of a quick refresh - and we’re looking for a few hands-on helpers to jump in for a one-off project.

If you’re someone who wants to volunteer but can’t commit long-term, this is your moment.

We’re after 2–10 people to help us:
Take down some wall fixtures
Do a bit of painting and wallpapering
Set things back up, ready for reopening
That’s it — short, practical, and meaningful.

We’re hoping to get it done the week of 22nd September — whatever works best for you. It’s a great little project for a small team or couple of mates or a community-minded duo.

If this sounds like you (or almost like you!), give us a call. Just a few hours of your time will help keep Hospice care free and accessible for families across the Waikato.

Requirements:

Fun, hardworking people who are keen to help a very worthwhile cause
Comfortable using basic tools (or happy to give it a go!)
Able to lift light items and move around the space
No special skills needed — just a good attitude and willingness to pitch in
