Front Desk Super Hero - Cambridge

Cambridge

Be the friendly face that makes everyone feel welcome!
Interlock Trust provides opportunities for people with disabilities to develop the confidence and skills to connect with their community. We’re looking for a Front Desk Superhero to join our Interlock team on Friday mornings, helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

You’ll be the first point of contact for participants, helping with tickets and finances, chatting with members, and ensuring the session starts off on the right foot. This is a great role for anyone who enjoys meeting people, being part of a supportive team, and making a genuine difference in others’ day.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming participants as they arrive
  • Receiving and recording members’ payments for the day’s activities
  • Clicking tickets and keeping track of attendance
  • Chatting with participants and support staff — a friendly word goes a long way!
  • Balancing finances at the end of the session and re-floating the cash tin
  • Noting members who need new tickets
  • Reporting back to the coordinator
  • Lending a hand with final tidy-up at the end of the morning.

You’d be great for this role if you:

  • Enjoy meeting new people and making others feel welcome
