Be Part of Our Grand Opening Celebration!
On Saturday 4th October 2025, Te Whare Taonga o Raahui Pookeka Huntly Museum will be celebrating the grand opening of our beautiful new space – and we’d love your help to make it a day to remember!
It’s going to be a day full of music, laughter, and celebration as we welcome the community into our new home. From serving a cuppa and blowing up balloons to greeting visitors, helping with dishes, or lending a hand with tidy-up, there are plenty of ways to pitch in. Most help is needed on the big day, but an extra hand the day before would be wonderful too.
If you can spare a few hours, we’d love you to join us. Your support will help us open our doors to the community in style and create a truly memorable celebration for everyone.
