Contact Caller – Help Build Connections for Better Endometriosis Support!
As a Contact Caller, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our network of health professionals. Your friendly approach will help ensure those affected by endometriosis can access knowledgeable healthcare providers.

What You'll Do:

  • Make phone calls to GP practices, medical centres, and specialists across New Zealand.
  • Confirm and update contact details for health professionals interested in endometriosis care.
  • Record information in our Monday.com workboard to keep our database up to date.
  • Help expand our reach, ensuring more people get the support they need.

Requirements:

Ideal Skills & Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with experience talking to people on the phone.
  • Excellent phone manner – friendly, professional, and engaging.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Reliable with good time management to meet deadlines.
  • Access to your own phone and ability to make calls.
  • Own computer/laptop with internet access for updating records.
Time commitment:
  • Approximately 1 hour per week, depending on the number of health professionals or medical centres to contact.
  • Flexible schedule – make calls at a time that works for you.
