Volunteer Driver Needed!
We’re looking for a friendly and reliable driver to join our team at the Victoria Street Family Store, helping us keep things moving smoothly across the city.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving our trucks or van at least 3 days a week.
  • Collecting donated goods, loading them into the truck, and delivering to one of our four stores.
  • Delivering furniture to customers’ homes with the help of a teammate—you’ll never be working alone!
  • On non-driving days, helping out in the processing area: unloading trucks, fixing furniture, and supporting the team.

Requirements:
  • Fit and healthy, able to handle physical tasks.
  • Own a pair of steel cap boots for safety.
  • Hold a full NZ driver's license.
  • Be a good problem solver with a practical mindset.
  • Amazing communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • A great team player who works well with others.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • Minimum of 3 days a week, from 9 AM to 2 PM.
