We are in need of a Website Content Administrator to support us with our website to ensure that it is acceessible, accurate and up to date.

As the Website Content Administrator you will:

  • Review our website content for spelling/grammar/design layout.
  • Identify and make any changes required as well as uploading new content files and/or images.
  • Be familiar with, or willing to learn and use, Canva.
  • Will use the Canva app to translate the content from our Info Hub webpage.
  • Create new templated Info Hub pages for different languages and uploading the translated content.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in website builders (Wix preferred), and confident using Canva to create, review, and publish content.
  • Experience with SEO copywriting and an understanding of content publishing workflows.
  • Comfortable working remotely with your own computer and reliable internet.
  • Able to learn and use tools such as our online work management system (e.g., Monday.com).

Personal Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, grammar, and comprehension, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate well within a team.
  • Maintains high personal and professional standards.
Time commitment:
  • 1-3 hours a week, depending on the content required to be uploaded.
  • Flexible hours to fit in with personal commitments.
