Volunteer Coordinator – Print Distribution
Join Insight Endometriosis as our Printed Distribution Team Leader and be the vital link that helps get important health information into the hands of medical professionals across New Zealand.

In this role, you’ll lead and support a team of volunteers who deliver printed brochures and posters about endometriosis and our services to clinics and medical centres nationwide. You’ll organise printing and deliveries, keep in touch with volunteers to check progress, and ensure our materials are well-stocked and displayed.

This is a remote role, perfect for someone who is fluent in speaking English, someone organised, confident using technology, and enjoys working with a team — even from a distance. You’ll need to manage schedules, support volunteers, and communicate clearly with people from all walks of life.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain and update the list of health professionals and clinics displaying our materials
  • Organise printing and distribution plans across New Zealand
  • Assign delivery tasks and support volunteers through regular check-ins
  • Manage volunteer schedules to ensure brochures and posters are always available and in good condition at health centres
  • If you’re proactive, reliable, and great at organising people and projects — all while working remotely — this role is for you!
Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable leading a small team or group of volunteers and who can help organise schedules and keep things on track. This role is done from home, so you’ll need your own computer or laptop, internet access, and a willingness to learn how to use our online work system.

We need someone who is:

  • Fluent in English - both speaking and writing
  • Proactive and great at staying organised and managing time
  • Friendly and good at chatting with people from all walks of life
  • Happy to work as part of a supportive team
  • Pleasant on the phone and positive in texts and emails
  • Honest, reliable, and trustworthy with private information
  • Good at keeping accurate and clear records
  • Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new tools
  • Ready to use our online system to help manage tasks
  • Able to stay connected through email, phone, and text

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

Time commitment:
  • Spend 1–2 hours a week checking in with volunteers to organise their delivery tasks.
  • This role is done from home, and you can manage your time to fit your schedule.
