Serve as the primary contact for OAT tours, and Tourism Waikato, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tour operators, stakeholders, and partners to promote our offerings effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials to attract more visitors to the maunga.
Coordinate tour logistics, including scheduling, bookings, and onsite support, to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
Monitor and evaluate tour performance, gathering feedback and insights to continuously improve our offerings.
Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives to enhance visitor engagement and satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in tourism and marketing to inform decision-making and strategy development.
Previous experience in relationship management, tourism, and/or marketing is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A hit the road running person that takes direction and little supervision would be ideal.
Flexibility to work approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the option to work remotely. Occasional in-office attendance every fortnight is preferred.
