Good Bitches Baking is seeking drivers in Hamilton to help us to spread a bit of sweetness in the community. On the weekend we are in need of drivers to collect from our volunteer bakers and to then deliver that baking to the recipient organisation. You will be collecting 4-5 boxes in one drive from bakers located separately and then delivering to the recipient on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon.
Reliable and trustworthy, with a current driver's license and car available to use for this driving role. Your vehicle needs to be warranted and registered.
The physical aspects of this role require you to lift and carry cake boxes from your car into an organisation's premises.
Good time management and the ability to communicate with us via email are essential.
We ask that all volunteers are able to commit to just one drive per month. The recipient organisations that you would be delivering to include: Emergency Women's Night Shelter, Hamilton Christian Night Shelter, Hospice Waikato, and Women's Refuge to name but a few.
