Are you someone who enjoys bringing people together, keeping things organised, and making sure everyone feels supported? Our Volunteer Coordinator role is all about making sure our incredible team of volunteers can do their best work — supporting our young riders to enjoy the services that mean so much to them.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate people and rosters – ensuring we have the right volunteers in the right place at the right time.
  • Support and connect with volunteers – acting as the go-to person for any questions, updates, or needs.
  • Welcome and guide new volunteers – leading the induction process and helping them feel part of the team.
  • Assist with training – ensuring our volunteers are confident and equipped to do their roles.
  • Keep things running smoothly – maintaining our volunteer database so information is accurate and up to date.
  • Help us grow – assisting with the recruitment of new volunteers to join our community.

Requirements:
  • Reliable with a positive approach to working with people and is a good listener.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a desire to make a real difference.
  • Someone who is patient, encouraging and supportive.
  • Administration experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • Approximately 1-2 hours per week.
