Assist with the rehabilitation of offenders. We are looking for a someone with a passion for Te Reo Maori, who can offer potentially 1 session per week with a small group of Tane. Any resources can be provided, however you can also bring in your own text and resources - subject to approval. This role provides the opportunity for you to be part of the bigger picture, and can be hugely impactful as learners gain confidence, connection and become more familiar with Te Reo.
Please note - A car is required to get to site as it is not serviced by public transport.
A good grasp of Te Reo Maori, Previous teaching experience preferred but not essential. Confident, and adaptable to different personality types.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
