Be part of a rewarding environment where the volunteer can be part of the eventual reintegration of men back in to our societies. Teach students how to play the guitar in a small group setting at Waikeria Prison. Gain experience in leadership, tutoring.
We provide an annual recognition scheme for volunteers to a maximum of $150 after 6 visits.

Should have lots of enthusiasm. Confident and patient.
Due to the nature of this volunteer role anyone with a criminal conviction may not be accepted for this position.
PLEASE NOTE - A car is required to get to site as it is not serviced by public transport.

A Police background check is required for this role.
