Do you enjoy problem-solving and helping others with technology? Morrinsville Gallery is looking for a friendly IT Assistant to support our team and keep our systems running smoothly. This is a flexible, low-commitment role, perfect if you have basic IT skills and want to contribute to a creative, arts-focused environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Help the team with software we use, including Excel, Xero, Vend, Canva, Mailchimp, and Jotform
  • Troubleshoot small IT issues and assist with digital tools
  • Keep our systems organised and data accurate
Requirements:
  • Basic IT skills and confidence with the software listed above
  • Comfortable troubleshooting minor IT issues and learning new tools
  • Organised and attentive to detail
  • Reliable and able to commit a few hours each month
  • Friendly and willing to support a small, creative team
Time commitment:
  • Around 4–5 hours per month, flexible to fit your schedule
