Step into the museum and bring its stories to life! As an NCEA Tour Guide, you’ll guide school groups through our collections and exhibitions, helping students explore, learn, and get excited about what they see. Every tour is a chance to inspire curiosity, spark questions, and make history and science feel real.

  • Create a great experience: Keep the group safe, focused, and enjoying themselves while fostering a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be ready to shine: Familiarize yourself with the tour script and supporting materials so you can deliver each tour smoothly and confidently.
  • Connect and collaborate: Work with the Education/Volunteer Coordinator to confirm schedules, learn about your groups, and share feedback to keep improving the experience.

Join us and make each visit unforgettable, jour enthusiasm can turn a school trip into a real adventure in learning!
