Habitat for Humanity has a vision of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Our ReStore and Reuse charity shops raise vital funds that help people buy, repair, or rent a place to call home.

We’re looking for enthusiastic people to help keep our store well-stocked and looking great, and to help with customer service. This is a hands-on volunteer role perfect for anyone who’s keen to get stuck in and help out where needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Restocking donated goods
  • Keeping the shop looking clean and tidy
  • Providing customer service
  • Counter service (full training provided).

Come and be part of a fun crew, where your work helps support people in housing need AND diverts goods from landfill.

Requirements:
  • Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks
  • Good communication and ability to take direction from staff
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Can commit to regular shifts

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • 2-4 hours a week (or more, if you’re keen!), during store hours.
  • During store hours (we’re open 7 days: 8-4 Mon-Sat, and 9-4 Sun).
