Go Eco is a charitable trust with a vision of healthy environments supported by thriving communities. We advocate for the environment, serve as a centre for learning, and act as a catalyst for change.

As a Centre Volunteer, you will be working onsite at our office located at 25 Devon Road, Frankton Hamilton, and will support the Centre's ongoing work and engage with staff, volunteers and walk-ins.

What's Involved?

  • General administration work such as answering phone calls and emails from the general public
  • Welcoming guests who come in for meetings, to purchase goods from our store, or walk-ins asking for information
  • Supporting our centre volunteers by organising work for them around the office which helps support each of our ongoing projects.
Requirements:
  • Great organisation skills with an understanding of administration.
  • Ability to use a computer with ease.
  • Used to email systems and inventory/shop systems and answering the phone.
  • Welcoming and confident in engaging with members of the public, inhouse staff and volunteers on behalf of Go Eco.
Time commitment:
  • A minimum of ONE day's commitment, between Mon-Fri from 10am - 3pm
  • Spaces available for each day of the week (Monday through to Friday)

You don't have to do all 5 days, one day's commitment will help support the work we do.
