Hamilton

Use your digital skills to help our nature-based childcare centre create a short video and social media content that shares the Wonder!
We’d love someone who can help us create a few short promotional-style videos and develop engaging content for our social media platforms – showing the fun, learning, and connection that happens every day at Wondernauts.

What You Might Help With:

  • Filming and editing a few short promo videos to showcase who we are
  • Creating graphics or short posts for social media
  • Helping us tell our story in an authentic and engaging way

If you’re keen to use your creative skills for a meaningful cause, this could be the perfect way to give back while building your portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Has experience with video creation/editing and/or social media content
  • Has the required tools and technology to carry out this role
  • Can work independently and creatively
  • Understands how to capture and represent our brand’s story and values
  • Is comfortable working in an early childhood environment (with respect for privacy and permissions)

We are a Mac-based environment, so a bonus if you are familiar with this system too.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • Initial start for first video: 4-6 hours a week, for 2 weeks
  • 2-4 hours per week, capturing content on-site
  • Flexible hours, for editing content from home

For the first video, we need this to be completed in a relatively quick timeframe of a couple of weeks, so please only apply if you are available immediately to help with this.
