We are in need of a volunteer Admin Support Person to help things run smoothly in our bustling op shop. You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring the shop runs efficiently.

What You'll Do:

  • Handling emails, phone calls, and customer enquiries.
  • Managing inventory and keeping records up to date.
  • Assisting with rostering and volunteer coordination.
  • Processing sales and banking.
  • General administrative tasks to support the team.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Is confident using computers and office software
  • Works well in a team and enjoys helping others
  • Has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Previous admin experience is a bonus, but not essential!

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • Minimum 2-4hrs per week, flexible hours.
  • Some work can be done from home.
