Volunteer Admin & Office Support - Ngāruawāhia

We’re looking for a reliable volunteer to assist with a variety of admin and office tasks. This is a great opportunity to support the behind-the-scenes work that helps us make a real difference in the community. You’ll play an integral role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, and your contribution will directly impact the success of our mission.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Organising and maintaining office files
  • Assisting with data entry and document management
  • Helping with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Supporting with event planning and preparation
  • Communicating with clients and partners as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in computer use (email, Word, Excel)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Passionate about supporting the community and helping others

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • Around 10 hours per week
