The Op Shop on the Park is a boutique op shop supporting life-long change for the people of Hamilton through the work of Community Link Trust. To match the vibe of our boutique op shop, we offer affordable, quality coffee services onsite to our customers which is why we are on the hunt for some Hospitality Superstars to join our volunteer team!

We’re after someone casual – but committed – who brings great energy and solid barista skills to the team. If you’ve got the experience and passion, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making consistently great coffee
  • Bring the good vibes to our customers
  • Be willing & confident to train other wait staff on the coffee machine

Requirements:
  • Have 1+ years’ barista experience
  • Confident, organised and brings good vibes to our space
  • Enjoys engaging with customers and is a team player

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • At least one day per week, during opening hours (flexible hours); or
  • First Saturday of the month, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
