Web Development

  • Design, maintain, and optimize ROC’s web applications and digital tools using JavaScript.
  • Customize and manage Wix websites to deliver user-friendly platforms for clients and stakeholders.

Salesforce Integration

  • Implement REST API integration with Salesforce to enhance data connectivity and streamline processes.
  • Leverage basic Salesforce knowledge to ensure seamless CRM interactions and efficient management of client and project data.

Version Control

  • Collaborate effectively using GitHub for source code management and version control.

Project Management

  • Utilize the Odoo Project Management tool to plan, track, and deliver projects aligned with ROC’s mission.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and smooth project delivery.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Harness Google Workspace tools (Google Meet, Gmail, Drive, etc.) to ensure clear communication and foster collaboration across teams and with external stakeholders.

Problem Solving

  • Address technical and operational challenges with innovative, proactive solutions.
  • Identify and implement workflow, web platform, and project strategy improvements to maximize ROC’s impact.
Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript for web development.
  • Experience managing and customizing websites using Wix.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub for collaboration and version control.
  • Familiarity with Google Communication tools for team collaboration and professional correspondence.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and adapt to challenges.
  • Experience with the Odoo Project Management tool or similar software.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce, including working with CRM systems.
  • Experience with REST API integration, specifically with Salesforce.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to ROC’s mission of supporting refugees and fostering inclusivity.

A Police background check is required for this role.

  • 6 months - 1 Year
