What you'll do:

  • Liaise with Community Agencies: Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, providing support and guidance throughout the interview process.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, update spreadsheets, and track project progress.
  • Remote Work: You will largely be working independently from home, requiring reliable internet access and organizational skills.
  • Training: Training can be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to succeed in this role.

Requirements:

What we're looking for:

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using computers and relevant software.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Time commitment:
  • Start Date: Early February 2025
  • End Date: Late May 2025
  • Commitment: Flexible hours, to be determined based on project needs.

We currently envisage approximately 30 minutes every day, Monday to Friday.
