Eco Action Volunteer - Hamilton

Are you passionate about the environment and eager to make a real difference? Join Go Eco in launching and operating a reusable wash trailer for local community events! This innovative zero-waste project is aimed at reducing single-use waste and supporting sustainable event practices across Waikato.

We’re looking for volunteers to help get this project off the ground, starting with a stocktake and deep clean of the trailer to prepare it for use.

Role Description:

• Maintenance and Cleaning: Assist with washing and sterilizing to ensure the system runs smoothly.
• Setup and Operation: Help set up the wash trailer at events, conduct a stocktake, and prepare the space for use.
• Customer Engagement: Educate event-goers on the benefits of reusable systems and zero-waste practices.
