Make a Difference, Be a Mentor
We're looking for a volunteer mentor and developer who already understands how to use Adobe Captivate effectively and can support a technically skilled volunteer who is just beginning to learn the platform. Your guidance and hands-on support will help us create high-quality learning modules to support our projects and make a real difference.

As a Captivate Mentor / Developer, you will:

  • Provide guidance to a volunteer who is learning Adobe Captivate, answering questions, and offering best practices
  • Lead the development of e-learning modules based on outlined plans, using Adobe Captivate
  • Collaborate with our team to assess what's possible with Captivate and how best to deliver engaging learning experiences
  • Design and implement interactive features as required
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest more efficient approaches where needed

This role will suit a volunteer who:

Requirements:
  • Experience using Adobe Captivate software
  • Comfortable creating or editing online learning modules
  • Good communication skills (especially for mentoring)
  • Able to work independently but also support others
  • Patience and willingness to guide someone learning
Time commitment:
  • 2-4 hours a week, including mentoring time
  • Flexible hours, ongoing project
  • Work remotely, at your own pace
