Hope Rising Farm is a charity in Ngaruawahia that runs well-being programmes for vulnerable youth and women.

We are on a hunt for a hands on person who welcome the volunteers, guests and look after them during the activities, shows the groups around.
Someone who doesn't mind being muddy.
We provide training and information about the farm and what we do. Part of the role is Health & Safety induction to volunteers and guest and tell the story of Hope Rising Farm.
It is an exiting opportunity to work around ponies, horses and fantastic people.

Requirements:

Good communicator, patients with kids
Hands on
Outgoing, friendly
Has own car, the farm is outside of Hamilton, no public transport available
Doesn't mind to be muddy

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Hours negotiable, during the week. No weekends.
