Science Kit Organiser- Thursday Afterschool

Hamilton

You would be joining our friendly diverse group of volunteers to help restock our educational resource kits at the House of Science Central Waikato headquarters between 3.30pm and 8pm every second Thursday afternoon/evening. Once the kits have been brought back from the schools, you would work alongside others to ensure that the kits are cleaned, sorted and restocked, ready to be delivered to schools the following Monday. There is a relatively short time to complete this turnaround which means this is a relatively "fast paced" environment. This would be ideally suited for secondary students looking for volunteering opportunities to put on their scholarship applications or accruing volunteer hours for extra curriculum programmes. Adults wanting to do a couple of volunteer hours are warmly welcomed!

-Team player
