Music Tutor

Paeroa

Music is a wonderful way to connect, develop confidence and a sense of achievement, integrate socially and bring happiness into people's everyday lives. For this reason we want to restart our Music School programme and are on the hunt for some musically talented people willing to teach their skills once a week here at the Paeroa Co-Operating Parish. We have instruments available for hire for the students attending, but people can also bring their own. We are looking for all kinds of instrument players!

Requirements:

Musical ability and the willingness to teach.
You need to be reliable and able to work respectfully with others.
A minimum level of conversational English is required.
Patience and good listening skills are also needed.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

2 hours per week, time and day to be confirmed. It is expected that these tutor lessons will be outside of school hours.
