No experience is needed, but we need reliable volunteers, and previous experience working with youth is an advantage.
You will be given FREE leadership training and mentoring, and all uniform is provided.
There is no personal cost to you to volunteer.

GirlGuiding New Zealand’s Health and Safety policy also has requirements around adult-to-child ratios, so we require you to be older than 18.
We are recruiting for Leaders in the following unit: Te Awamutu Pippins - Meets Thursday 3.45 - 5 pm at Te Awamutu Scout Hall, 11 Scout Lane, Te Awamutu, during school term time.
Aside from the weekly meetings, there is the occasional event or camp on the weekend and some planning.
You can expect to spend 2 hours and occasionally up to 4 hours per week volunteering.
We also require a minimum six-month commitment.
