This role has a big customer service focus. You will assist people to find and purchase the items they need. You will also be required to help keep our shop looking great, ensuring shelves are tidy and stock displayed well. You may be required to assist with sales and sorting donations too.
We need volunteers who are flexible with the tasks they do - every task is important and assists us to raise much needed funds. You must have a confident, positive personality, great communication skills and a customer service focus. You need to be reliable and enjoy working as part of a team. We are looking for volunteers who will ensure our store is welcoming, organised and well stocked.
A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
One regular shift of 3-4 hours a week is the minimum commitment.
