Duties:
• Undertake specific repair and maintenance tasks as directed by the Operations Manager, e.g. weed spraying, track maintenance, clearing gutters, painting sheds, mending fences, repairing broken windows, pruning trees, etc.
• Undertake general maintenance around the precinct – collecting litter, sweeping platform, weeding the garden areas. Tasks will be allocated to meet your skills and interests.
You will be:
• a first-rate knackler – can fix anything;
• reasonably fit and able to work steadily;
• a clear communicator;
• able to work well with others and happy to work alone.
You must work within our safety guidelines - no mavericks please. Your safety is our priority.
You need to be fully vaccinated for Covid-19 and able to show proof of this.
Hours will be whatever you can spare. We will keep a list of jobs that need doing and you can do them when it suits within our operating hours, i.e. when there is someone else here.
