Reception Support

Cambridge

We need a friendly face to meet the clients and people needing support who walk through our doors. Being the first point of call, you will make clients feel welcome and at ease, and offer them a comforting cup of tea or coffee.
This role also involves answering the phone and taking messages, with additional light admin tasks, such as laminating. There is flexibility, you can do as much as you feel comfortable with.

Requirements:

A friendly positive attitude with empathy.
Experience with Outlook calendars for appointment scheduling.
Is comfortable answering phone calls had has a clear spoken voice.
Can perform other administrative duties like taking messages, using the printer and scanner, and laminating.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

4 hours per week, on a Wednesday 12pm-4pm
