Reception Support

Cambridge

We need a friendly face to meet the clients and people needing support who walk through our doors. Being the first point of call, you will make clients feel welcome and at ease, and offer them a comforting cup of tea or coffee.
This role also involves answering the phone and taking messages, with additional light admin tasks, such as laminating. There is flexibility, you can do as much as you feel comfortable with.

Requirements:
  • Friendly, positive attitude with empathy and understanding
  • Respect for privacy and ability to follow confidentiality policies
  • Comfortable answering phone calls, with a clear spoken voice
  • Able to multitask and handle day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Non-judgmental and approachable
  • Confident using basic office equipment such as printers, scanners, and laminators

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:
  • 4 hours per week
  • Morning or Afternoon we are flexible
  • Current Priority shifts: Wednesday 10:00 am–2:00 pm or 12:00 pm–4:00 pm
