Our volunteers help people from all walks of life. You will find the work is interesting, stimulating and fun. We work with clients by listening carefully, thoroughly researching the options available to them and by explaining the information in a way they can use it. We also help people access information and services online or make complaints when needed.
We provide all our volunteers with the training, tools and ongoing support necessary to provide our service.
