Interviewers work in shifts with other Interviewers and are expected to take part in training sessions to complete ongoing skill development. There are also social occasions to get to know others on the team. Every weekly three-hour shift at the Bureau will bring something new for you to learn about and answer as you receive enquiries from the public on a range of topic. By empowering our clients, you will develop your own knowledge and also have a positive impact on the community.
The CAB promotes knowledge and understanding, helping clients to help themselves. The role involves listening to the client's story; asking questions to sort out the key facts and learn what the client would like to happen; researching options and discussing these with the client; assisting the client with phone calls, letter writing, form filling, and other advocacy if required.

This role requires an ongoing level of commitment as you will be trained to a high level and be part of a team that will rely on you. A 12-month commitment is required for this role. You should also have -
