Provide retail and customer service support to an organisation providing a range of social services to the community.
The role involves - sorting clothes, knick knacks and shoes; helping customers select their purchases; processing purchases on till using EFTPOS - training is provided.
You will occasionally be dusting and vacuuming to keep the shop looking great.

Interaction with the public and other volunteers.
Volunteers receive discounts on selected purchases. You will be invited to an annual appreciation dinner. After a qualifying period, you could have the opportunity to complete a certificate in retail - Sponsored by us.

A Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
Rostered half day shifts.
