Shirin is currently doing a Master of Management Studies programme at the University of Waikato. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce in Canada with a major in Human Resource Management and before that, she was living in Malaysia. Shirin loves volunteering and has volunteered for various organizations, such as the Campus Food Bank, Reuse Centre, Stollery Youth Committee, and Citizens Advice Bureau. She hopes to use her experience to make a meaningful contribution to Volunteering Waikato as the Board Secretary.
