Volunteering Waikato has two main objectives - to ensure community groups get the volunteers they need, and to ensure that volunteers get the most out of their decision to give their time, energy and passion.
We do this by matching volunteers with the organisations where they will have the greatest impact, enjoyment, and sense of contribution.
We offer a wide range of volunteering positions around the Waikato Region, we work with more than 3,800 volunteers per year, and have more than 250 member organisations.
The Event Support Volunteer will provide essential support to ensure the successful execution of the Volunteering Waikato Annual Awards event, which will take place on June 20th from 6 PM - 9 PM.
We are looking for a Photographer to help us create and share stories of volunteer impact. You'll meet wonderful people, boost your skills, and get a chance to photograph our awards night!
