This is a busy role where you'll get to meet and assist a wide variety of people who attend our popular Aroha Cruise In event. Based in our caravan/pop up shop you will help sell our customised merchandise, including T-shirts, hoodies, posters and stickers. If you enjoy interacting with the public and helping them find the perfect piece of merch to take home - then this is the role for you.
An event t-shirt and refreshments are provided.
You need to have some EFTPOS and cash handling abilities. You will spend a certain amount of time on your feet, but this role is really about people who are welcoming and organised, and who enjoy meeting people and assisting them with their purchases.
You will work with other volunteers in this busy and enjoyable role.
You are welcome to spend all day in the caravan helping retail our products, however the minimum commitment required is a four hour shift from 8.30 am - 12.30pm or 12.30pm - 4.30pm on Saturday October 7th. Hours are flexible to fit with your availability.
