Hato Hone St John Youth Programmes focus on teaching young people first aid, health care, leadership and life skills - offering a fantastic opportunity for them to experience new things and of course... have fun!
Volunteering as a Youth Leader will see you responsible for delivering a high-quality Youth Programme at your local Division, including planning, resourcing, delivery and assessing. Ultimately, the aim is to ensure all activities are safe yet loaded with fun and adventure for all participants, whilst taking care to ensure they are in line with Hato Hone St John policy. Our Youth Leaders also provide leadership, mentoring and support to Divisional NCO's, and encourage maximum participation in district and regional activities.
Due to the variety in our programme, there are an assortment of roles available which are aimed to fit in with your lifestyle, needs, and of course time commitment. All relevant training is provided, with an initial mentoring period for new volunteers and on-going support by local and regional management.
