Do you have a love of organising events? We need an outgoing, organised individual who can think outside of the square.

We have an amazing network of volunteers all over New Zealand and need someone to organise monthly coffee catchups for our coaches as well as our ambassadors. We feel that monthly catchups for our volunteers will help them share their volunteering experiences, ideas and create a positive culture and a sense of unity and belonging. Because a lot of the volunteering is done online and individually, it is a great opportunity for the volunteers to connect with others in the same role.

As well as organising and sending out invitations to our volunteers, we would like someone who can research different events or meetings for our ambassadors to attend to advocate for RYALT on our behalf and spread the word about our services. This is a new volunteer role so you can develop it as you go with our support.

Requirements:

A positive, enthusiastic attitude. An effective communicator. You would work with our Community Co-ordinator, Ambassador Team Leader and
Student Coach-cordinator and be an integral part of the volunteer whaanau.

Time commitment:

This would preferably be a long-term commitment to get the coffee groups off the ground but it is a flexible remote role that can be done when you are available.
