As our program grows we find ourselves in need of extra hands to help turn around lives. No special experience is needed just a willingness to support others to achieve the goal for that day and a Free Police check will be required.

We meet for 2.5 hours on the following mornings, Monday for prepping the week's activities, Wednesday for Community Cafe and Friday for our main crafting activity with a new initiative starting on Tuesday mornings soon.

Training and support are available

Requirements:

Best suited for someone who is comfortable working with a small team of volunteers.
This is not heavy work but does require some bending to empty and refill craft cupboards, trolleys are provided.
If you are comfortable engaging with people with disabilities, are reliable, and have a positive and friendly outlook, then we'd welcome your application.

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

If you are available on a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday morning from 9:30 to 12 pm. You do not need to commit to each session time, just one would be brilliant.
