This role is to support the ongoing work of Interlocknz Trust by baking two biscuit/cake dishes once a week, in-house, for our community café and craft days. All ingredients are supplied.
Baking brings enjoyment and happiness to those we work with - and gives them a sense that their community cares. If you enjoy baking for others and have the skills to create sweet treats, than this could be just the volunteer role you have been looking for!

Requirements:

The successful applicants need to

have their own transport
be able to work unsupervised and have great baking skills!
have some knowledge of safe food handling and hygiene processes
be reliable, with a positive outlook
be comfortable around people with a disability
be able to work as part of a small team with big dreams

A Police background check is required for this role.

Time commitment:

Every Wednesday from 8:30 to 10:30
