Go Eco (Waikato Environment Centre) is the Waikato's largest environment hub; we are a voice for the environment, a centre for learning and a catalyst for change. We provide community education, collaborate with and support regional environmental groups, explore the impact of colonisation on the environment, and operate a Bike Hub and Food Rescue Service.

We're looking for volunteers who are passionate about the environment and climate action, and keen to share or develop their existing marketing or communications skills. We need help - documenting our services, telling our story, creating digital content, creating advertising campaigns, newsletters, designing graphics, photography and videography and writing blogs, media releases and stories...

Requirements:

Good communicator & computer skills
Will require their own computer / internet / software, unless happy to work from our office :)
All or any of the following skills from our wishlist.
Event promotions
Graphic design
Zinemaking
Videography / Photography
Digital content creation (reels, posts, infographics, engaging posts)
Writing / Storytelling, media releases, submissions, blog posts,

Time commitment:

Flexible - home based or in our office.
Short term or ongoing projects
