Marching - Ground Crew Helpers


The Marching Waikato Assn is based in Hamilton and we provides sporting opportunities for ages 4 years upwards. We have a current membership of 182 members and are always encouraging others to join us.

Each week our friendly ground crew need to measure out the marching field so teams can compete. As a Ground Crew Helper you would be required to assist with field measurement and then complete setting up the field with chairs, discs etc. Light work that doesn't take long. You are then welcome to stay on for coffee/tea while the competition proceeds...

Time commitment:

Generally between the hours of 9.30am and 11.30am
Our competitions are usually every Saturday in November, one or two in December, and all through February until mid March.
