There are various roles available within this event, including Health and Safety Inductors, Pack in Crew, Queue Runners, Seat and Eat Assistants, Ask me Assistants that provide information, Traillite Theatre Hosts, Exhibitor Meet and Greet Persons, and Break Down Crew. There really is something that will interest you. Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari is the charity of choice for this upcoming Motorhome, Caravan and Leisure Show - but we need your support to make the show happen.

Requirements:

For our customer facing roles you must be a people person who is pleasant and bubbly. There are behind the scenes roles available too.
Ideally you have a professional manner and will work respectfully with everyone involved.
You will be provided with event t-shirts, please wear black pants and shoes.
The ability to understand instructions and apply common sense to situations is a requirement.
You must be reasonably fit as you will be on your feet a lot of time. (You are able to job share).
You need to be able to find your own way out to Mystery Creek as there is no public transport option.

Time commitment:

We need volunteers on the following days - Weds 21st and Thurs 22nd September between the hours of 7:45 am - 6:00 pm.
Friday 23rd, Sat 24th, and Sun 25th September between the hours of 8:15 am - 5:00 pm.
The Breakdown Crew is required on Sunday 25th between the hours of 3:30 and 6:00 pm.
