Initially you need to touch base with us to ensure you know what we are looking for and what would meet our needs. You would then do some research to discover what property options exist for us to relocate our services.
You will make contact with property owners and real-estate agents on our behalf to gather the information that will enable us to make a decision about what is the right property. Ideally you can present this to us in spreadsheet form so that we can compare options.
Best case scenario's for us would be to purchase a new venue or get a rent to own or fund-raise via major grants such as lion foundation. If not we will need to lease. We currently use 2 joining properties with 3 buildings which we own but we don't own the land.
You must be organised and able to collate information in a logical form. Knowledge of real-estate, property management and how that works would be useful. You must have good communication skills and be able to represent us well in all the interactions you have with other people on our behalf.
