To achieve the objectives of Insight Endometriosis, we need to promote our support meetings and others events on social media platforms and in our community via posters. The Events Administrator will be creating graphics using Canva.
Expected Outcomes:
• Insight Endometriosis support meetings and events are shared on social media and on the organizational website in a timely manner
• Support meetings and events are posted onto social media platforms

Requirements:

• Experience using Canva, and MailChimp (training can be provided for those who are technically savvy), Facebook and Instagram Content Creator
• Social media savvy content scheduler (Facebook Creater Studio or Facebook Business Suite)
• Excellent interpersonal skills when dealing with persons outside of Insight Endometriosis
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as in partnership with a team
• High personal and professional standards
• Own computer and internet access essential

Time commitment:

10-12 hours per month
