Everything we do - we do for our community. This means that there are always several things on the go at any one time. We are looking for someone who would be able to manage the many enquiries and messages we get from Facebook. You may follow up with a phone call or message to someone about venue hire and availability - or you might determine who on our team needs to know about a certain query or request. Basically you will direct traffic and use your many skills to ensure we are responding to members of our community who contact us.
You need to be organised and a clear communicator via phone. If you like the idea of working efficiently and helping us provide more effective services to our community - then this is the role for you. Reliability and being able to work as part of a team, are essential.
