Repair and Reuse Shop Assistants

If you like the idea of volunteering to support the circular economy - then this is the role for you. You will be required to serve customers, display and price items, keep our retail shop looking smart, stock shelves and make people feel welcome. You might also talk with people about recycling, repairing, and the services we offer across our site (training will be given).

By participating in this volunteering opportunity you are helping achieve the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

You need to have a customer focus, enjoy talking with people and encouraging them to recycle and reuse. You must support the goals of our organisation and enjoy creating a retail experience that results in people returning again and again. A friendly manner with a minimum standard of conversational English is required. You need to be trustworthy, have an eye for detail and be organised.

Time commitment:

The ability to volunteer on a regular roster would be ideal however we will work around your availability.
